Job Description

  • Manage the administrative and financial tasks that are required to ensure the smooth operation of the program.
  • Processing of all payment requests, Cash flow management, Support financial reporting.
  • To lead and coordinate the effective management of finance, general administration functions in Finance department.
  • Manage all aspects of accounting and procurement.
  • Approval of cheque payments and petty cash payments.
  • Establish and maintain the accounting system for the project.
  • Maintain the Cash Log, Payment Vouchers, Bank Book, Bank Reconciliation and Petty Cash Register.
  • Maintain Fixed asset register of youth center.
  • Develop and maintain the monthly expenses along with the supporting documents including utility bills.
  • Develop monthly payrolls and salary sheets.
  • Maintain all financial documents.
  • Develop and maintain the Asset List along with Asset ID’s
  • Prepare all procurement documents including requisition, quotation, comparative statement and purchase order.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelors in commerce, finance or management.
Work Experience: 2-3 Years
Skills: Efficient command on MS Office especially in excel and relevant Accounting Software’s..
